There’s a Way Forward.
We’ll Work Together to Find Yours.
First and foremost, my goal as your therapist is to help you understand the intersecting parts of how you identify with yourself and the world around you. You can begin therapy at any stage, whether you’re new to it, returning after time away, or continuing ongoing work—we'll find a path forward that honors what feels most right for you.
I specialize in multicultural identity work, particularly supporting men and people of color who identify as biracial, multiracial, or are navigating the immigrant experience. I also have extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. As a Bay Area native of Italian and Japanese-American heritage and a new father, I bring deep personal understanding to issues of intergenerational trauma, cultural adaptation, and the search for meaning and belonging across the generations.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness and somatic practices, integrating traditional talk therapy with body-based awareness, guided meditation, and transpersonal and existential exploration. I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through felt experience in the body and present moment.
I'm also a trained specialist in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which I offer as part of comprehensive therapeutic work. Whether you're working with me as your primary therapist or I'm collaborating with your existing therapist, KAP can be integrated thoughtfully into your overall growth and healing journey.
How we work together is formed around your unique needs, questions, and goals. I provide a safe and supportive space for self-discovery, offering educational resources to put as many tools for growth at your fingertips. I believe in honoring your internal process—allowing insights and healing to unfold at your own pace rather than forcing change. Together, we'll explore and work to resolve the challenges you're facing, examining long-standing patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you from living a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
My Background
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. I trained extensively in somatic mindfulness-based psychotherapy with the Hakomi Institute of California and have integrated further training in Psychodynamic Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Trauma/PTSD, and the Enneagram into my current approach to therapy.
To expand my practices and offer more avenues for clients to achieve growth and wellness, I trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with the Polaris Insight Center and the Sage Institute.
